Miniature Creeping Fig

Ficus pumila ‘minima’ is a fantastic miniature creeping and vining plant. With small, quilted leaves, it adds a lot of interesting texture to your terrarium or vivarium. This plant is fast growing with the tendency to climb and crawl and in all directions. Just like most ficus, this plant does not handle drying out well. We grow all our ficus pumila ‘minima’ in terrariums, vivariums, and enclosed containers. Due to our ficus pumila ‘minima’ being use to a high humidity growing environment, you will need to acclimate it to your own growing environment. We recommend growing your plant in a high humidity, enclosed container, terrarium, or vivarium to ensure the best growth. Your cuttings will come in its very own dome cloche filled with spaghnum moss to act as a temporary high humidity growing environment.
